We're putting the fourth installment of the Alien franchise against the fourth installment of the Predator franchise. Both of these films have been helmed as the worst of their film series but between the two which is the better and which is worst.
Alien Resurrection is a 1997 science fiction horror film directed by Jean-Pierre Jeunet, starring Sigourney Weaver, Winona Ryder, Ron Perlman, Brad Douri, and Michael Wincott. Set 200 years after Alien 3, Ellen Ripley is cloned, and an Alien Queen surgically removed from her body. The Aliens escape their enclosures, while Ripley and the mercenaries responsible for delivering kidnapped hosts, attempt to escape and destroy the ship before it reaches Earth. The Predator is a 2018 science fiction action film directed by Shane Black, starring Boyd Holbrook, Trevante Rhodes, Jacob Tremblay, Olivia Munn, and Sterling K. Brown. The film follows a group of PTSD-afflicted soldiers and a scientist who must team up to fight off an invading pair of Predators and discover their plans for mankind.
